CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable. No-Call No-Shows will result in a 100% charge of services. A 12 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule after 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time this will result in a 50% charge of your services. There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. You can absolutely receive a wax while on your menstrual cycle. Please have a clean insertion in. Thank you.
